基本情况
武汉大学中国边界与海洋研究院教授、博士生导师、副院长。主要研究领土边界法、海洋法、国际水法。先后主持国家社科基金、教育部、外交部、水利部等课题10余项,出版《领土争端成案研究》等著作,在European Journal of International Law、Chinese Journal of International Law等国内外期刊发表论文20余篇。向全国人大外事委、中宣部、外交部等部门提交研究/咨询报告20余份。2011年入选武汉大学“351人才计划”(珞珈青年学者),2012年获批武汉大学“中国边界与海洋研究70后学者学术团队”,2013年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。

Lingjie Kong is a professor of international law and the vice dean for research and international relations of Cibos. He studied law in China, the United States, France and the United Kingdom. He obtained a Ph.D in international law from Wuhan University and a Ph.D in public law from University of Paris Sud.
His main research interests lie in international law of territories and international boundaries, the law of transboundary water and the law of the sea. He is the principal investigator for about 10 research projects. He has published extensively and his articles appeared in European Journal of International Law, Chinese Journal of International Law and other English and Chinese law journals.
He was nominated as the “Luojia Hill Youth Scholar” by Wuhan University in 2011, head of the “Wuhan University Research Unit of Young Scholars for Boundary and Maritime Studies” in 2012, and “New Century Talent” by the Ministry of Education of China in 2013.
