基本情况
侯小虎，男，汉族，1977年7月出生，安徽省太和县人，2000年7月毕业于北京第二外国语学院英语系，获文学学士学位；2007年9月获英国志奋领奖学金赴英国利兹大学商学院攻读工商管理学硕士，2008年9月获英国利兹大学工商管理学硕士学位。目前主要从事水利国际合作项目管理，跨界河流信息收集、研究与涉外谈判，翻译等工作，曾参与中印跨境河流专家级机制第八、九次会议.

Mr. Hou Xiaohu, graduated from Beijing Second Foreign Language Institute with a bachelor degree in 2000 and obtained MBA from Business School of UK Leeds University in 2008. Currently responsible for the management of water international cooperation projects, trans-boundary river information collection, research and cooperation between China and its neighboring countries, translation, etc. Participated in the 8th and 9th meetings of the China-India Expert Level Mechanism on Trans-boundary Rivers.
