刘博,水文水资源专业硕士,工程师,现就职于水利部国际经济技术合作交流中心,主要参与国际河流管理、研究和涉外谈判工作。曾参与“十一五”国家科技支撑计划项目、北京市自然科学基金等课题研究,获得了2013年教育部科技进步二等奖、2014年度北京市优秀工程咨询成果二等奖,在Global Environmental Change、农业工程学报、中国水利等期刊发表论文4篇,并参与编译《国际涉水条法选编》、《跨界河流、湖泊与含水层流域水资源综合管理手册》、《北美跨界河流管理与合作》等专著3部。

Mr. Liu is now an engineer of International Economic & Technical Cooperation and Exchange Center, Ministry of Water Resources, P. R. China. He has been engaged in eco-hydrological modeling, transboundary river management and cooperation.
