基本情况
水利部国际经济技术合作交流中心教授级高工，长期从事国际河流问题研究，对国际河流问题有独到的见解，发表论文20多篇，出版专著2部，获教育部科技进步一等奖一项，先后参加了国家“973”项目、国家“十一五”科技支撑计划、水利部行业公益性项目、水利部基建前期项目、水利部标准化项目、教育部重大项目、国家自然科学基金项目、国际河流管理专项资金项目等课题的研究工作。
