基本情况
田向荣，1977年2月出生，江苏姜堰人，1995年9月~2004年6月就读于武汉水利电力大学/武汉大学（2000年8月后）水利水电学院河流工程系水文学及水资源专业，获工学博士学位。2004年6月至今就职于水利部国际经济技术合作交流中心，从事国际河流相关管理及政策法规、国际水法相关研究，主要参与中哈、中吉等跨界河流的国际合作工作，主持和参与完成了“十一五”国家科技支撑计划项目－“中国国际河流水资源开发与安全保障关键技术研究”、水利部公益性行业科研专项－“利用高新技术对中俄界河国土流失监测与评价技术研究”等国家和省部级科研项目４项，负责完成了“跨界河流水质保护相关条法研究”等课题10多项和《中国河流名称代码》技术标准的局部修订。2014年7月获教授级高级工程师职称。

Bio
Mr.Tian Xiangrong, born in 1977 in Jangsu Province,Ph. D of Engineering, majored in hydrology forecasting and water resources Management. He joined the International Economic & Technology Cooperation and Exchange Center (IETCEC) of Ministry of Water Resources after the graduation from the School of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering of Wuhan University in 2004. . Mr. TIAN has extensive knowledge and experience in transboundary river management and international water laws research.
