基本情况

讲师，男，1986年8月生，湖北宣恩人。2010年9月-2013年6月就读武汉大学国际问题研究院并获得博士学位；2013年9月-2016年4月在武汉大学经济与管理学院从事博士后研究；2016年4月起任教于武汉大学国际问题研究院、国际领土主权与海洋权益协同创新中心。曾于2010年10月-2012年1月借调国家商务部外贸司，主要负责与气候变化有关贸易措施的专题研究，参与编写了《对外贸易“十二五”规划》和《关于加快转变外贸发展方式的指导意见》两份文件。2015年6月-12月曾赴日本名古屋大学访学。
