Bio:
Zhang Cheng, male, party member of the CPC, was born in March 1988, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. He graduated from Wuhan University in June 2015, received a doctorate in law. He is a lecturer at the China Institute of Boundary and Ocean Studies of Wuhan University, a postdoctoral fellow of the School of Political Science and Public Administration of Wuhan University, a researcher of the Collaborative Innovation Center for Territorial Sovereignty and Maritime Rights (CICTSMR）. He has been published more than 20 articles in the CSSCI and Chinese core journals, and presided over a number of research projects, participated in a number of monographs.
